Principal's message
"At Dobroyd Point Public School, we are proud to offer a dynamic and nurturing learning environment where every child is encouraged to thrive academically, socially, and creatively.
Our school maintains a strong focus on literacy and numeracy, laying the foundation for lifelong learning and success. These essential skills are carefully developed through engaging, evidence-based programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
We are also committed to preparing our students for the future through STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and STEAM (including the Arts) programs. These initiatives inspire curiousity, problem-solving, and innovation, equipping our learners with the tools to become confident, critical, and creative thinkers.
Beyond the classroom, Dobroyd Public School embraces the importance of a well-rounded education through a rich extracurricular program. From musical instruments, drama and choir to chess and coding, we encourage students to explore their passions and talents. These activities help foster teamwork, resilience, and a deep appreciation for diversity and the arts.
At the heart of our school is a vibrant, inclusive community where students, families, and staff work together to support each child's journey. We believe that by nurturing both the mind and the spirit, we empower our students to become thoughtful, capable citizens of the future.
We invite you to be a part of the Dobroyd Public School community—where learning is inspired, creativity is celebrated, and every child is known, valued, and cared for."
